Harley and his 'sister' Jasmine are a wonderful duo. They were surrendered because their owner could no longer take care of them. They are Shepherd/Lab mixes, about 3 yrs old and Harley is more Shepherd in appearance. Both dogs are house-trained, friendly with other dogs and have lived with kids. They know some basic commands and are very attentive to their handler. They also walk very nicely on leash, making it easy to take them out together. Harley reportedly rides well in the car, enjoys playing ball and loves attention. The two dogs have lived together since they were adopted as puppies and seem quite attached to each other. So we really would like to see Harley and Jasmine adopted together if possible. There are definite pluses to adopting two dogs -- they can keep each other company while you're away at work and have a live-in playmate. Plus you get twice the love and affection!
