By day, I am a professional writer, and by, well, mid afternoon, I am a detail-oriented, highly thorough housekeeper and personal assistant.
I currently have nine regular clients who I have been working for for a combined total of 4 years. I have personally customized each family's weekly tasks to suit the needs of their homes, individual styles, and personal preference. For each, I do some form of laundry, general cleaning, pet keeping, and errand running. I have even been asked to do (most amusing) little tasks as sew buttons and comforters, shine shoes, and cook light lunches. There are very few duties that I am not capable of completing. My clients are highly satisfied with me as I them; we enjoy a tremendous rapport.
One of my long-term clients is moving out of state, and I find myself with a gap in my schedule. I would be able to accommodate a twice-weekly client with 3 morning hours, or a weekly client with a lengthier day - your preference. I base my flat rate on the scope of the project - I do not charge hourly. I look at things like general cleanliness of the property, square footage, necessary tasks, and distance from me (I live in the eastern suburbs) before I offer a price.
I also come equipped with my own supplies, transportation, and glowing references.
