I perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain private households. I have experience with residential and commercial establishments, such as hotels and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner.
Duties may include laundry, making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming. I clean out refrigerators and stoves and I am not afraid of basements or garages. I am l licenced and bonded. Hourly rate is $20 per hour and I can use you supplies or mine. Discount for multiple cleaning sessions or if you pay by the month, this month off you pay for 4 cleanings the 5th is free. I also help with homes that need to be cleaned after novelist, for landlords, realities looking to sell, or personal moveout. Move out cleanup is flat $100 plus incidental. I do have a crew that will clean, paint, and stem clean carpets or sand and varnish flooring. In the spring I can even assist with gardening. I accept cash & all credit and debit cards and checks (checks must clear prior to service being rendered)
