I have hand-written sheets with name, address and e-mail. I need someone to create a spread sheet and upload it to Constant Contact, and then manually enter some of the e-mail addresses on a website. About 125 "addresses" so maybe 2 hours of work. I need to hand deliver the sheets; rest can be done by e-mail, the mail sheet back to me.
