BPO Quality Assurance
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wage: Salary range of $15.00
Location: Canonsburg - South Point
Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, Quality Assurance, this position is responsible for reviewing and assuring the quality of valuation products from all customers
Job Responsibilities:
· Review BPO reports based on client requirements in a timely manner
· Assist in oversight and management of bulk BPO deals including report review, customer updates, and relationship management with our customer contacts
· Communicate and follow-up on reports needing corrections to Valuations Team
· Assist in value variance analysis on out of tolerance values
· Build excellent relationships with clients, and address quality concerns when needed
· Complete various tasks using ‘PropertySmart’ (proprietary software)
· Related job duties and tasks as needed
Skills, Knowledge &Abilities:
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks within critical time frames
· Prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency
Qualifications:
· Advanced knowledge of BPO form preferred
· Basic appraisal knowledge preferred
· Experience managing and monitoring BPO process preferred
