Associate Recruiter - Investment Management in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania For Sale

Title: Associate Recruiter - Investment Management Location: PA-Pittsburgh Responsible for partnering with hiring managers and Human Resources teammates to seek out, assess, attract and hire the best talent - both internally and externally - primarily for, but not limited to, non-exempt positions. He/she will learn and administer all staffing-related policies and procedures, including redeployment activity and BNY Mellon's diversity recruitment emphasis. He/she will learn and develop external candidate sourcing methodologies including partnering with community agencies, search firm liaison activities and internet tools utilization. In addition, he/she will facilitate internal mobility through BNY Mellon's Career Opportunities Program (COP). This is an entry-level position. The successful candidate should have up to two years of work experience in Human Resources. B.A. or B.S. or equivalent work experience preferred. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational skills, PC skills, and negotiation skills are required. Ability to learn, understand and communicate employment law also a must. Knowledge of Wealth and Asset Management line(s) of business a plus.
