PNC is currently looking to hire a Collateral Associate I for our PNC Operations Division. You will be an integral member of a diversified financial services firm that reflects the needs, values and goals of our customers, employees, communities and shareholders. Responsibilities include: **Performing routine and simple data entry of collateral/loan information through a loan mainframe tracking system and scan these documents through an optical imaging system. Your attention to detail will help you to successfully review simple collateral/loan documents, optical images and control reports to ensure system-data integrity. **Responsible for researching and correcting invalid documents and system data-information and responding to customer and service partner inquiries and requests. **Maintaining document control, safekeeping and securities per standard operating procedures and as directed by federal and/or state laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: **High school diploma with 1 year of experience **Ability to operate a mainframe CRT and basic understanding of PC applications **Capable of reading and interpreting documents **Able to lift heavy materials up to 30 pounds, if necessary PNC is committed to offering you a comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
