Auto req ID xxxx04BR Position Title Compliance Senior Associate Line of Business Risk Management Position City PA - Pittsburgh Building Location Code PA374 - Two PNC Plaza Job Type Regular Job Status Full Time Job Description Compliance Sr. Associate position, located in Philadelphia, PA, performs moderate to complex research, analysis and monitoring of compliance issues, policies and procedures, operational processes and other applicable information in order to assess potential risk factors. Provides compliance support to the businesses of PNC Capital Markets and Harris Williams. Independently performs research, reviews documentation, performs analysis and generates reports on compliance matters. Assists on project teams, representing the Compliance Group, in the initiation, development or coordination of projects which implement process changes due to pending rulemaking. Assists in the design and implementation of effective compliance policies, procedures and related testing methodologies to ensure compliance with all applicable Regulatory bodies. Designs and conducts compliance related training programs. Continuously monitors ongoing compliance initiatives as they relate to Capital Markets' and Harris Williams' lines of businesses. (i.e. monitoring industry/SRO/legal web-sites for pending regulatory announcements/promulgations, analyzing risk impacts, the assessing of Firm's Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs") for needed revisions in order to be prepared for compliance with those previously identified regulatory requirements.) Maintain and continue to improve knowledge of compliance regulations and analytical and technical skills required to perform moderately complex projects. Maintains an awareness of changes in the operations of business units, products or systems. Assists with preparation for compliance regulatory exams. Performs other related duties as required and handles special projects at request of supervisor. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to multi-task. Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Demonstrates ability to work independently and perform moderate complex research. Is detail-oriented. Proficient personal computer skills. Qualifications needed for this position: Bachelor's degree in business related field. 2-4 years compliance or equivalent experience. Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or willingness to attain within 90 days.
