This World Class Manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their new processing facility – an industrial start-up operation.What will you do as the Maintenance Manager for this facility? Provide leadership for this chemical type start-up site insuring workflow process are met. Focus on installation of industrial chemical & mining type processing equipment and compliance with the local building codes. Insure participants are properly trained and oversee safety compliance throughout entire facility and grounds. Communicate with all levels of personnel – contractors, floor operators to upper management and corporate. Oversee work maintenance installations including carpentry, electrical and plumbing. Create and implement action plans for preventive maintenance. Train, coach, and develop Planners, Scheduler, and Maintenance Material Coordinators to perform at high levels to increase maintenance resource productivity and efficiency. Deploy resources as needed to meet site workflow requirements. Chemical, Pulp and Paper or Building Products preferred. Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield, or Expansion highly desirable. Must have managed multiple priorities and understand the interrelations within an industrial facility. Strong understanding of inter-operational responsibilities and how they affect various workflow processes. Influential leadership and strong communication skills are a necessity.
