GENCO has an immediate opening for a Merchandise SalesManager with GENCO Marketplace located in Blawnox, a suburb of Pittsburgh, PA.The Merchandise Sales Manager will be an integral member of the GENCOMarketplace team providing value to GMP and our customers.The Merchandise Sales Manager is responsible for:* Managinginbound freight disposition * Workingwith Sales Support Centers (SSC) to determine destination for all inboundfreight * Developingnew programs for inbound processing * Developingoutbound sales program * Workingwith SSC Operations Team’s to coordinate work flow and staffing * Workingwith Sale & Operation Team’s to manage aged inventory * Developingstrategic relationships with supply accounts * Servingas a liaison with Sales to developing sales strategies * Keepingall Operations and Sales Cost within Budget requirements * Reportinggoals, KPIs, action items as required for Sales * Communicatingin a positive manner with all areas and levels – Sources, Buyers, GMPManagement, GMP Teammates, and GENCO Corporate personnel * Ensuringthat processes are documented, updated and audited in a timely manner andorderly fashion * Ensuringadherence to GMP policies and proceduresThe successful candidate will have:* Bachelor’sDegree required * Three(3) to Five (5) year’s experience in the Liquidation industry * Provensales and operations experience * Customerservice skills * Strongverbal, written and presentation skills * Abilityto set strategy and direction of Sales organization * Abilityto manage multiple projects * Up to 50% travel requiredGENCO is an equal opportunity employerGENCO participates in E-verifySales/Marketing
