You will be responsible for ensuring attainment of business objectives, goals, compliance requirements, and high levels of client satisfaction. Responsible for new business development and implementation of strategic business/sales plan, staff supervision, recruitment and retention of employees in sales support positions, and implementation of marketing programs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all faucets within both teams are adhering to internal policies/procedures as well as compliance with external regulations and optimization of business growth opportunities. Monitors and ensures the site staff completes required regulatory and compliance training; also ensuring that staff members are properly licensed.Requirements:FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) and any combination of Series (4,24,53) or (9,10) or 8 required.* At least 7 years securities experience with supervisory duties required.* Bachelor's degree preferred with an emphasis on business, communications, or financial related discipline.
