Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a region. Manages multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district. Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume. Ability to recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Assist in the process of monitoring, budgets and expenditures. Leads and directs the work of others. Managed/Supervises subordinates in performing their job duties in a safe manner. Assists Director in administering performance reviews for subordinates. Maintains adherence to company policies. Maintains good employee relations, takes proper disciplinary measures when required. Willingness to travel. Performs a variety of tasks. Performs other functions/duties as required. Required education or minimum level: High school education (GED). Technical, Business or equivalent Degree, or at least five years' experience in the energy industry. Experience: 10 plus yrs Previous supervisory experience preferred. Software Knowledge: Must have computer skills i.e. Microsoft office, and/or required software Skills: Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Must have detailed knowledge of the manufactured product and services Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Mental Power: Ability to make decisions that are varied in more complex situations based on policies and procedures. Ability to make accurate and timely decisions which meet customer’s needs and fall within established policies. Ability to exercise choice in how work is accomplished with independence to operate within established policies, procedures and schedules. Ability to learn and apply varied solutions to unique situations. Physical Power: Driving, walking, standing frequently arm/wrist/hand movement.
