Primary Purpose Responsible for all clerical duties associated with a field material control office. This position is typically a site position with significant interface requirements with discipline superintendents, site management and potential contact with client representatives. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the daily interface with project construction, procurement, and expediting. Insure accurate and timely material and equipment tracking interface with site material control personnel, construction staff, and subcontractors. Assist construction managers with site material scoping and project close out activities related to materials. Coordinate material releases to construction subcontractors. Monitor local warehouse partner performance and assist in resolving disputes. Filing, posting, and preparation of documents and forms. Data entry to automated materials systems.
