I currently live in this place, and I am looking for TWO additional people to live in the remaining rooms. Rent is a total of $xxxx, so each person, including myself, would pay $650 each. There are two bathrooms, a washer/dryer, spacious living room, bar, and a kitchen in this two level house. It is right by the 71B and 75 bus lines, and the Target, Giant Eagle, Aldi, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods are extremely close. 10 minutes from Shadyside, 20 minutes to Oakland! Parking spots available. I have lived here for a year, the two roommates I had are moving out - so it is partially furnished. So, the kitchen is fully stocked, there is a bar set up in the big family/living room, one bathroom is completely done. So there is some free space for people to move their own stuff in, if they have, but it is mostly furnished. Also, there is some flexibility with the end of the lease, and potential to be a long time resident here. The move in date is July 1, but there might be some flexibility with that too! The landlord can provide tenant references (and in my opinion, he is literally the best landlord I have ever had or heard about), and he owns multiple properties around the Pittsburgh area.
