3br Room for rent in upper middle class neighborhood . . . . . No Preference in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania For Sale

This is a beautiful home that I just moved into. It is a 3 bedroom. Rent would be $599 with electric, gas, and wifi included. Cable could be included too. However, you'd just have to pay to have it ran to your room. I already have it in my room, and will eventually have it in the living room. The only other expense would be your food. I'm not the kind of person to freak out if you need some milk. lol It has a beautiful back deck that is quiet and quaint. Parking space available. I don't yet have a washer and dryer. When I get them, you'd be welcome to use them. It has 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Currently, I don't have any furniture other than my room. However, that is getting taken care of soon. It does come unfurnished, and a security deposit and lease are required, but the amount and length can be discussed.
As for me. I'm a 34 year old man, responsible and quiet. I do get a little passionate during sporting events, and sometimes enjoy a drink or two. I'm a restaurant manager, and work a lot. When I'm home, it's usually to sleep. lol Very easy to get along with and live with.
