Male, female, ghoul, whatever; just so long as you are a responsible individual who will pay your bills on time then we'll be golden. I'm not a very extroverted person, but I share food, sooo. My roommate has to leave by March 31st, so that's when the room will be ready for move in. This apartment is located in Settler's Place Apartments, in beautiful Hanky Farms (between Oakdale and Imperial). The location is great because the highway is literally right there, as well as all your shopping needs. Let's get down to the basics: the pictures showcase the living space, and your new potential bedroom. I don't mind decor changes to the main areas, just bring it up with me first. The bills (your halves): $500 rent -- water is included, laundry is next door and takes quarters. I do laundry every week and it's easier to just pool all the clothes together. $10-20 Electric -- depending on how much we use $10-20 Gas -- varies by season. And $60 or so for internet/cable. Things you must be okay with: -Living with two very friendly cats (I take care of them and pay the pet rent, you're free to get a creature of your own) -Me gaming in the living room, (Call of Duty hour from 7-1pm) -The occasional SAW movie or Supernatural marathon (attendance not required).
