I own a house in the southside and am seeking a roommate or potentially two. About the house: 3 BR house located between 23rd and 24th on Wrights Way. I had previously planned on selling the property but have instead chosen to go the rental route. The room for rent is the 3rd floor which is quite large. I'd ideally like to get $650 but would be willing to negotiate. There is an additional bedroom on the second floor which I would also be interested in renting. It is the smallest of the 3 bedrooms but I previously was able to fit a queen bed, desk and dresser inside of the room. About me: I am a 29 yr old male working as a professional in Finance. I typically remain fairly active with going to the gym several times a week, participating in PSL sports(dodge-ball and kickball) and tend to go out for drinks a couple days a week, but I also enjoy downtime. I am very easy going and am always respectful of roommates/tenants. If something needs fixed I will have it done immediately as I care about the well being of the house more than a slumlord. I am open roommate(s) of either gender as long as they are clean and respectful.
